Hecho a Mano is a film about the work of making art with your hands, told through four Cuban artists: a piano player, a sculptor and twin brothers who make mosaics.
The film is a Common Machine Production for PBS/WLRN, due to hit the festival circuit in the summer and early fall with a national air date in November.
This has been a great project to work on and I look forward to the final cut in September.

This is the newest trailer for Jorge Rubiera's feature film "Meniscus."
I've had the pleasure of serving as the Director of Photography since day one.
I love the new look of the film and completely support going black and white. We've also transitioned into shooting the remainder of the film with the Canon 5D and 7D.
The film has taken us a little over a year to shoot and is definitely worth all the effort. Participating in projects like this one is what makes the daily grind worth while. A few more installments and we are off to the festivals.
I hope you enjoy.
